In preparation for the 2016 St. Patrick’s Parade, the O’Brien Hibernians are hosting their annual Spaghetti Dinner. Let’s be honest, just about everyone like parades. Good thing for you, eating is just about the easiest thing to do to help make it happen!
Come by on the VFW 1669 in Royal Oak, Michigan, 11th of February in between 5pm and 8pm. It’s $10 at the door, $5 for a child under 12-y.o. With that, you get buffet style spaghetti and fixings. It’s cash bar with our desert bar and the post’s bar (21 and over, sorry), but it’ll be worth it.
Did I also mention that there’s an auction? That’s right. An auction. Each year after dinner there’s a silent auction of quality Irish, or Irish-themed goods.
Everyone is invited. Bring your family, bring your neighbors, even your in-laws!
All proceeds will go for parade expenses, and carry outs are also available (which will work out for in the case of the in-laws). Invite…well…just about everybody you can name using our Facebook event (https://m.facebook.com/events/167118720325256)
